What is Inflammation Vacation?

We are a quarterly subscription box focused on providing your joints with comfort and happiness. Typically, each box contains 6-8 products. Sample items include, heating pads and compression socks. These items are not a replacement for medication but aimed at giving you extra support when your joints are acting up. These items change each quarter, so it’s always an exciting surprise. Additionally, each box will contain a handwritten letter from someone in the Inflammation Vacation community.  

Who is the box for?

Anyone who suffers from inflammation! Whether you have a chronic illness or just occasional joint pain, we are here to send you tips, tricks, and support. 

What’s in the box?

It’s a surprise! However, we do post sneak peaks on our Instagram. Be sure to stay tuned to @inflammationvacation. 

Do you ship internationally?


Can I buy a one-time box or send a box as a gift that won’t auto-renew?

Yes! You can order non-renewable boxes. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting “cancel.” You may also cancel your subscription by emailing us at Quarterly members are billed at the time of purchase, and then on the 1st of day of each quarterly shipping month. We ship out June, September, December, and March. The subscription can be canceled at any time before that date to avoid receiving the next season’s box.

I didn’t receive my box!

Every Inflammation Vacation Box comes with a USPS tracking number. Inflammation Vacation is not responsible for lost/stolen boxes once marked delivered by USPS. If your package does not say “delivered” please reach out to us and we are happy to try and help resolve the issue. 

What is your refund policy?

Inflammation Vacation boxes are non-refundable. If your box is missing a product or one of the products is damaged please email us within 2 weeks of receiving your box. We want our customers to be 100% happy and will replace items that are missing or damaged. We will happily ship you your replacement ASAP! To contact us - email us at
